SHIPPING DETAILS

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please ensure you are aware of any local taxes or duties that may apply before placing your order.

• Worldwide free shipping on orders over US$119 (ONLY FOR RETAIL ORDERS).
• -we will ship out your order within 48 hours, we will contact you ASAP when we can not ship out on time , e.g. Some products run out of stock, we will ask you to change or cancel order.
• -Normally you will receive your package in 10-15 working days.
• Due to the COID-19 you package maybe can not be delivered on time, please contact us first if you are not sure with the delivery time in your country.
• Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of Elinabeautylalshes.
• Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.

If the buyer has the/any following behaviors that lead to the destruction or return of the goods,

the buyer should bear all responsibilities and expenses.

（1）not provide the files for Customs Clearance in time；

（2）not pay the Custom Tax/Fees in time.
