If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund or exchange within the first 10 days of purchase. All that we ask is for you to return the item in its original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.

Only items purchased on www.ELINABEAUTYLASHES.com will be accepted.

There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 10 working days of receipt of your goods.

• Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to ELINABEAUTYLASHES. An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
• Returns must be shipped out within 10 days of receiving your package.
• The Buyer pays for return shipping fees, The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
• The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.

• We will refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the return, and the refund will be directly remitted to your payment account.

If you want to cancel your own order, you have to inform us  info@cnmakeupsupplies.com  before the order has been shipped. And we will inform you about cancelling the order via email.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
